Being a physical therapist and having a knee meniscectomy 2 years ago, I was struggling on my own to get rid of the pain I had in my knee while training to get stronger. After following Paul on social media I was convinced about his knowledge and experience and I was right. I have been working with Paul the past year and I have managed to lift weights and perform exercises I would have never imagined. He has been my number one fan and supported me throughout every difficulty and helped me overcome all the fears concerning my physical abilities. He has been there 24/7 to help me with everyday problems in exercise performance and execution, nutrition as well as all the details that made a major difference in my gym performance. His plan is so well structured and adjusted that is very hard not to stick to it! At 47 years old, I am feeling stronger than ever and I am seeing my physique changing in a way I couldn’t possibly imagine so I am convinced that Paul is one of the best investments I have ever made for myself!

I first started working with Paul in March 2024 after finding him on social media. I had been following various fitness professionals in the attempt to gain some much-needed motivation! My “return to fitness” journey began after my recovery from some extensive abdominal surgery. I had recently trained for and completed the London Marathon. Despite all of the many hours and many miles of training, whilst I was pretty fit, I was still unhappy with how my weight loss, physical shape, and strength hadn’t really improved. I felt stuck, and at a real plateau with my training and wondered why all of my efforts were still not getting the results I wanted. Having always been active, trained, and really driven to stay in shape, I was frustrated with my soft body and felt that I needed a real kick-start and a different way of working than I had in the past. What had worked for me before wasn’t having the desired effect anymore. I was initially drawn to Paul’s no-nonsense Insta clips on how to work smarter in the gym and his clear instructions on how to make some small adjustments for bigger results. Following an initial phone consultation, Paul and I began to work together. My goals were to increase strength, get lean, and improve my body shape. Whilst I am not a slave to the scales, weight loss, or should I say fat loss, was really important for me and one of my real motivators. Being petite, half a stone or so additional weight can have such an enormous impact on how clothes fit and my overall appearance! Paul has made such a positive impact on this stage of my fitness journey. His calm, positive, and consistent approach has demonstrated that slow and steady wins the race. It took a little while for me to start to see progress, mostly whilst I adjusted to the routines and managed to get the consistency within my nutrition. Once that was under control, the results really gained momentum. I was very impressed with the app. So easy to use and a great source of instruction. Paul makes sure the routines are easy to follow (don’t confuse this with easy on the body!) and keeps everything simple so form and exercise execution can be focused on. He tailored my routines to the equipment I had at home as visiting a gym wasn’t an option for me. We steadily increased the reps, weights and exercise difficulty and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. Being lean and strong is certainly the way to go! If you are in doubt, please take it from me. This does work. Effort in = results out! So much can be achieved in 12 weeks if you commit to getting the most out of your training. These short routines, coupled with the right eating plan and increased daily movement can have a huge positive impact. As for Paul himself, what a guy! He has such a wonderful energy. Such a positive influence, consistent in his approach and always there to listen. The road to success isn’t always straight. Life sometimes gets in the way of progress but if the intention is there, Paul is too......
• Best Shape Ever • More Muscle • Stronger
I joined Paul's coaching because, I'd been going to the gym on and off for a few years. I tried to eat reasonably well, I'd never really committed to a structured approach. So, I never saw the kind of results I was looking for. I'd lose a bit of weight here, gain a little muscle there, but there was never any meaningful change. I decided to give online coaching a go. I looked at a few different coaches but Paul stood out to me. He clearly had the knowledge and expertise but most importantly he was relatable. I felt like he'd been on a similar journey, wanting to get leaner, build muscle, and become stronger and that gave me confidence that he understood exactly what I was trying to achieve. I've now been working with Paul for 9 months and it's been the biggest transformation I've ever experienced. He's made everything incredibly straightforward.
